Mr. Junling Wang joined NIIAM at October 2017 as a technical consultant. His work here mainly engages in advising design of new additive manufacturing equipments and manufacturing work . Mr. Wang has over 40 years of work experience relating to machine and tool technology research, development and research management. Under his leadership, the first series of worm grinding wheel grinding machines, shaping grinding wheel grinding machines, five-axis interactive blade CNC grinding machines were developed. A high-quality technical team was cultivated, which has laid a solid foundation for the in-depth development of high-precision and complex surface grinding machine tools in China.

Mr. Wang has been accredited with numerous awards and honors, including Experts Receiving Special Government Subsidies from the State Council (1996),National Model Worker in Machinery Industry (2009),Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the former Mechanical and Electrical Department(PI),First Prize of Shaanxi Province Scientific and Technological Progress(PI) . In 2009, his project "Technology and Products of CNC Worm Grinding Wheel Gear Grinding Machine Suitable for Mass Precision Gear Grinding" won the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress (PI).
