Consultant, Head, Department of Equipments Research

Mr. Xin’An Guo joined NIIAM in February 2017 with over 30 years of experience, deep knowledge on manufacturing equipments maintainance home and abroad. In November, 2017, he was promoted as the head Department of Equipments Research, responsible for developing special equipments for NIIAM ongoing projects including solution discussion, designing and installation and debugging etc. He is also responsible for developing commercial equipments according to market demand, providing consultancy and support for NIIAM membership on AM equipments.

Before joining NIIAM, Mr. Guo has worked for Shaanxi Diesel Engine Heavy Industry Ltd. for 30 years. His early work there mainly engaged in equipment tendering, installation, adjustment, maintenance including various imported equipments. Since 2000, besides equipments management, his work also involved in fixed assets investment management like civil infrastructure construction, manufacturing energy management.  He obtained a patent on high voltage energy dissipation device with water as a loading in 2010.
